CO-FOUNDER & CEO
Dylan Martin is the Co-founder and CEO of Absolute Design Build and Alpha Team Roofing. With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Dylan consistently exceeds client expectations.
Dylan was born and raised in the Austin area and is a proud U.S. Army veteran and a long-time volunteer for Boy Scouts of America. In his spare time, he enjoys many hobbies including spending time with his wife and two children.
THOMAS BURKMAN
CO-FOUNDER & LEAD PROJECT MANAGER
Thomas Burkman is the Co-founder and Lead Project Manager of Absolute Design Build, as well as Alpha Team Roofing. With more than 17 years of experience in the construction industry, Thomas keeps projects running smoothly and on time.
Thomas was raised in the Austin area and is a University of Texas alumnus. In his spare time, Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, and can frequently be found coaching his children’s sports teams.
Craig WAlker
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
Craig Walker brings over 40 years of experience in architectural design, construction, and project management. A fourth-generation builder from San Angelo, Texas, he blends deep-rooted craftsmanship with modern design insight.
Now based in Pflugerville, Craig serves as Chief Architectural Designer and Director of the Design-Build Division, leading projects with precision, creativity, and a commitment to client vision.
BRANDON GARCIA
PROJECT MANAGER
Brandon Garcia, a Conroe-born Texan, started his construction journey at 12 years old, assisting his father in the family fence business. Since then he’s evolved from niche installations to steering whole home remodels and custom builds. Brandon has an Associate of Business from Austin Community College and excels in project management. Brandon and his family attend church at Red Rocks Austin and spend weekends enjoying family activities together.
ANGIE MARTIN
OFFICE MANAGER
Angie Martin, our dedicated Office Manager, ensures our behind-the-scene operations run seamlessly. She’s a master at coordinating schedules, managing bills, and streamlining orders. Angie holds an Associate of Science in Respiratory Therapy from McLennan College in Waco, where she honed her skills over 22 years in the field. A native Texan from Hillsboro, Angie enjoys crocheting, pottery, and reading.
