OUR PROCESS

STEP ONE: ON-SITE VISIT & ESTIMATE
After a no-obligation, on-site meeting to walk through your project, you will receive a written “ballpark” cost estimate for your project.
STEP TWO: DESIGN AGREEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
Next, we’ll engage in a design agreement and further develop your project design, cost, and schedule.
STEP THREE: BUILDING YOUR UNIQUE TEAM
Who and what will be required to design your project? An architect? An engineer? We have several handpicked professionals and artisans with whom our core team of project managers and interior designers works regularly.
STEP FOUR: PROPOSAL: SCOPE, PLANS & START DATES
We’ll meet with you to discuss the proposal, including accurate project scope, plans, and schedule. After a construction agreement is finalized, you’ll sign the construction contract and launch your project!
STEP FIVE: MANAGEMENT & CONSTRUCTION BEGINS
Construction begins! This process includes securing permits if required and creating a detailed schedule. Our daily supervision ensures the quality of your project meets your expectations.
STEP SIX: FINANCIAL & PROGRESS TRANSPARENCY
Throughout your project, you will have a direct and transparent view into the management of your money and the payment of your invoices. In fact, you can log into JobTread, our project management software, at any time to see progress.
STEP SEVEN: CONSTRUCTION COMPLETED
Congratulations! When construction is complete, our team will walk through the project with you, create a punch list of the remaining items to resolve, and review all warranty information. Enjoy your new space!

RENOVATION VS. REMODEL?
Did you know that “renovation” and “remodeling” are two terms that are often used interchangeably but they actually don’t mean the same thing?
What’s a Renovation?
Renovations involve making changes to an existing structure and may include things such as replacing old appliances, painting walls, and installing new flooring.
What’s a Remodel?
Remodeling involves changing the layout or design of a space and may include things such as adding on a room, building an addition, or completely changing the layout of a space.
